Russian war crimes

Russian aggression has caused Ukraine direct economic losses exceeding $700 billion. Lives that cannot be restored are behind every number. Millions have become refugees. Infrastructure has been destroyed, ecology devastated. Russia must be held accountable for its actions. Frozen Russian assets should be used to rebuild Ukraine. Impunity is an invitation to more crimes.
