Kostiantyn Tregub is an expert in media analysis and communication flows. As a co-founder of NGO “Join Ukraine”, he is responsible for the development of the organization’s analytical products, including the creation of methodologies and selection of tools for project teams.
Kostiantyn has been active in Ukraine’s communications market since 2004. He began his career as a PR project manager at Pleon Talan, where he worked with key clients such as adidas, Indesit, Ariston, Nivea, Davidoff, and FC Shakhtar. He also held positions as a brand manager and editor. In 2007, he joined Kwendi expert group, where over the course of 15 years he advanced from PR manager to partner for media brand marketing (key clients included 1+1, STB, Novyi, Ukraina, TET, Futbol, NLO-TV) and head of the communication analytics department. He created and led the Kwendi TV Promo Monitor project, developed marketing strategies for ЕМ brands, and authored a methodology for analyzing the alignment of TV content with channel audience preferences.
From 2017 to 2021, in collaboration with Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group, Kostiantyn and his team in Kwendi produced a series of analytical reports that thoroughly examined Russian propaganda activities and narratives targeting dozens of countries, including Ukraine, Belarus, the United States, and all EU member states.
In May 2022, following several months of volunteer work within the information resistance movement against Russian aggression, he co-founded NGO “Join Ukraine”.
