We analyze how Russians reacted to the confirmation of a meeting between Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Roman Abramovich, as well as the reported attempt to use him as an intermediary to convey a proposal for talks with the Kremlin. The report also examines public responses to fuel shortages, drone strikes on Russia's rear regions, new restrictions, and the expansion of state control, all of which are having an increasing impact on people's sense of security and everyday lives.

The monitoring covers the period from 8 to 14 June 2026 and is based on an analysis of regional communities on VKontakte and Telegram.
