This report examines how the strikes on Wildberries warehouses reshaped the information agenda across Russia's regions, becoming the dominant topic of discussion and displacing attacks on oil infrastructure. It explores how Russians reacted to the losses, the compensation controversy, growing distrust of official information, and the increasingly visible tendency to hold their own authorities—rather than Ukraine—responsible for the situation.
