In the report, we analyse how Russians reacted to the removal of the Yabloko party from the elections and what this case reveals about political competition in Russia. We examine how Russians perceived the official grounds for the court’s decision and the campaign against the party in pro-government channels.

We also explore how regional communities discussed drone attacks on Nizhnekamsk and a Wildberries warehouse, fuel shortages, Putin’s trip to Siberia and the Russian Far East, the possibility of a new mobilization, and other related issues. We track which topics generate the most discussion and how resilient public trust in official statements remains.

The monitoring covers the period from August 10–16, 2026, and is based on an analysis of regional communities on VKontakte and Telegram.
