Join Ukraine Executive Director Liubov Tsybulska took part in the RUSI Land Warfare Conference 2026 in London, which brought together more than 600 representatives of the defence sector, governments, think tanks, and military experts from around the world.

During the conference, Liubov Tsybulska presented findings from Join Ukraine's analytical research on the transformation of the Russian military, Russia's mobilisation potential, and shifts in public attitudes within Russian society.

This research is one of the organisation's core areas of work. Join Ukraine's analytical team continuously monitors and analyses the processes shaping Russia's ability to sustain its war effort over the medium and long term.

Particular attention during the presentation was given to the factors that will influence Russia's capacity to continue the war in the years ahead, as well as the lessons that Ukraine and its international partners can draw from these findings to inform effective security policies and decision-making.

Participation in the RUSI Land Warfare Conference provided another opportunity to present Ukrainian analytical expertise to the international professional community and contribute to discussions on the key security challenges of today.
