Weapons play a key role in protecting Ukraine from Russian aggression and preserving civilian lives. We have supported information campaigns highlighting the importance of providing modern weapons for the country's defence.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has attacked Ukraine with thousands of drones and missiles. Our friends and partners provided us with Patriot air defense systems that now protect the Ukrainian sky. These systems don’t just intercept missiles — they save lives. Your support is our shield in the sky and a sign of true solidarity.
The decision by Western countries to provide Ukraine with F-16 fighter jets marked a historic step in strengthening our air defense. The Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, and Norway were the first to announce their intent to help. Soon, more than 10 other countries joined the coalition — including the United States, which approved the re-export of the jets. F-16s will help to defend Ukrainian skies from missiles, drones, and enemy aircraft, and will significantly enhance Ukraine’s ability to operate at strategic depth.
